In Indian thinking three types of Yogas have been described – Jnana – Yoga, Bhakti – Yoga and Karma – Yoga. But Jnana – Yoga is most important, because it is essential for the Bhakti – Yoga and Karma – Yoga too. In Gita, Lord Krishna tells that a great sinner can be free from his sins through Jnana- Yoga.
